Arrival (Check-in)
Check-in begins at 4pm. Given the individual nature of our chalet accommodations, we make every effort to personally greet our guests in order to answer any questions regarding the home or resort.

Late Check-in
If you are unable to arrive until after 6 p.m., please contact our office in advance to make special arrangements.

Unscheduled or Late Check-ins
Because anything is possible, if you do not arrive as scheduled, we worry! Please let us know if you are running late, and we will make special arrangements to ensure everything is smooth and hassle-free upon your arrival.

Confirmation
A deposit equal to the first night's rate is due on the date of the booking. The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For Christmas season reservations, the final balance is due on October 15. All minimum nights stay requirements and nightly rates in effect at time of booking apply to that booking.

Cancellations
Cancellation within 24 hours of a reservation confirmed via email are entitled to a full refund. Thereafter, cancellation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. In case of fire, sale or similar such event, WDA reserves the right to substitute another property for the one which has been booked, with every attempt made to provide a property or properties of similar or better quality. A confirmed reservation by email constitutes notice to Guests of these terms and unless Guests cancel within 24 hours as aforesaid, they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing and to have irrevocably authorized WDA and Visa or Mastercard accordingly.

Liability
The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. Whistler Dream Accommodations Inc. ("WDA") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfilment or breach of rental conditions. Neither the home owner nor WDA shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner or WDA, and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and unless Guests cancel within 24 hours of an emailed confirmation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the property owner and WDA, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.

Security Deposit
We will be requesting a signed credit card slip as a security deposit upon check-in. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, property damage or telephone calls, the voucher will be voided approximately four weeks after departure.

Housekeeping
Our properties will be absolutely clean and ready for your arrival. Comprehensive unit cleaning, including linen changes, is scheduled every seven days. Daily housekeeping is also available through special arrangement for an additional fee. Laundry facilities are available in all our properties.

Equipment Rental
Cots, high chairs and cribs must be reserved in advance. Delivery and pick-up charges may apply.

Amenities
All Whistler Dream Accommodations' properties are equipped with bed and bath linens; kitchens are equipped with crockery, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full-size appliances. If you would like to add to this inventory, please let us know and we will do our best to help you. For example, if you anticipate needing a blender, please give us advance notice and we will try to accommodate your request. Whistler Dream Accommodations does supply the following items in all our properties: soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, laundry and starter supplies of laundry soap and presto logs.

Garbage
Whistler does not have a garbage pick-up service but disposal facilities are available at every home, either in a shed in the parking lot or behind doors marked 'Garbage'. Please be reminded that Whistler is in "bear country", so please do not leave garbage outside. nor any food stuffs on your balconies. Please feel free to call us should you have any problems locating the disposal facilities at your complex.

Telephones
All local telephone calls are free. If you anticipate making numerous calls or using your modem for business purposes, please give us advance notice to make special arrangements.

Pets
Whistler Dream Accommodations can appreciate how important your pets are. However, we request that you leave your pets at home as we are unable to accommodate them.

Smoking
All of our properties are non-smoking. Please respect the living space.

Parking
Every unit has assigned parking. Please ensure that you are parked in the correct stall assigned to your unit. Parking elsewhere may lead to your being towed at your own expense. If someone has incorrectly occupied your assigned stall, please use a VISITOR stall and contact our office immediately.

Please note that all complexes are privately owned and managed and Whistler Dream cannot guarantee that your car will not be towed if parking procedures are not followed.

Hot Tubs
Whistler Dream Accommodations does ensure that all private hot tubs are maintained regularly. However, all guests are responsible for the water quality during their stay; chemicals and instructions for their use are available in each unit. Guests use hot tubs at their own risk. Although hot tub maintenance is scheduled around reservations, occasionally a tub may need to be drained and refilled during a guest's stay to ensure that water standards remain high. This maintenance is unavoidable and may result in the hot tub not being available for 24 hours.

Check-out
Once your vacation is over, please plan to vacate the unit by 10 a.m. Late check-outs must be prearranged with our office. All keys, garage door openers and parking passes must be returned. Please note that a fee will be charged for all those items not returned.

To avoid incurring extra cleaning charges, your unit must be left in good condition. All kitchenware should be clean and the unit should generally be orderly. Whistler Dream Accommodations will be responsible for laundering the linens and final cleaning.
