Learn to Ride Tour
Cougar Mountain has specially designed the Learn to Ride and Family tour programs to meet the needs of first time riders and families with small children. These programs have been developed to introduce you to the sport of snowmobiling in a safe, exciting and informative environment. Once you have completed the Learn to Ride training, your guide will lead you on a journey to magnificent forests, breathtaking views, and the thrill of riding frozen lakes. 2 hour tour includes a drink and a snack. 3 hour tour stops at the cozy Trapper's Cabin for a hearty BBQ smokie and hot chocolate.

2 Hour Tour:
Double Riders: $89 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Single Riders: $119 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Departures: 10:30am, 12pm, 3pm

3 Hour Tour:
Double Riders: $119 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Single Riders: $159 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Departures: 1pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm

Family Tours (Just for Kids!)
Family tours are run separately from the Learn to Ride tours, and have private guides to conduct each tour. Small children ride in safe, comfortable sleighs, while Mom and Dad ride their own snowmobile. At the cabin, the children can learn to ride on the Ski-Doo "Mini Z". Make sure to bring lots of film to capture this memorable family event! The 2 hour tour includes a drink and a snack. The 3 hour tour stops at the cozy Trapper's Cabin for a hearty BBQ smokie and hot chocolate.

Explorer Tour
Experience the next step in adventure snowmobiling, the intermediate explorer tour. Your adventure may take you onto single-track trails, on frozen lakes or to a visit in Whistler's Ancient Cedar Forest. The 2 hour tour includes a drink and a snack. The 3 hour tour stops at the cozy Trapper's Cabin for a hearty BBQ smokie and hot chocolate.

The Trail Blazer
The Trail Blazer tour is for the rider who is has 'been there, done that' and is looking for a faster paced tour. You'll ride Ski-Doo's state-of-the-art Summit 500 mountain sled and our experienced, professional guide will coach you on backcountry riding skills. This tour is limited to 5 riders per your which allows your guide to customize your tour to meet the needs of the more experienced rider. The 2 hour tour includes a drink and a snack. The 3 hour tour stops at the Trapper's Cabin for a hearty BBQ smokie and hot chocolate.

2 Hour Tour:
Price: $159 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Departures: 10:20am, 12pm, 3pm

3 Hour Tour:
Price: $199 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)
Departures: 1pm, 3:30pm, 4:20pm

The Summit Tour
Escape the Ordinary! The Summit Tour is your best opportunity to experience the magic of carving your own tracks in powder-filled meadows, gliding across frozen lakes, or climbing high into the alpine for spectacular views of the Whistler Valley.

These half or full-day trips are for the 'single rider only' who wants maximum ride time off the groomed trails! You'll be riding a state-of-the-art Summit 700 mountain sled with plenty of power to get you to the summit. This tour is for experienced riders, and is limited to 5 riders per guide.

All tours include private pick-up.
A hearty lunch included on full day tours.

4 Hour Tour:
Price: $249 each (cdn currency plus 6% GST)

Full Day Tour:

Private tours are the ultimate customized adventure for those who prefer the privacy or their own group. With unlimited trails and terrain, we can customize a snowmobiling adventure that is unforgettable for the beginner to expert. The 2 hour tour includes a drink and a snack. Traditional West Coast Salmon Barbeque
Cruise through the wilderness of Cougar Mountain where you will escape to the quiet surroundings of the Trapper's Cabin on the shore of Cougar Lake. Your Host will be serving a traditional West Coast salmon BBQ will all the trimmings, desert and beverages. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stove while you share your experiences with old and new friends alike. A truly special way to remember your Whistler vacation!
