We strive to manage your property in such a way that, while keeping your interest at heart, we provide memorable experience for you and your guests. It is no secret that operating a property management company with such high standards requires a great deal of care and attention. We work to ensure that your property works for you,. We also assist our owners to maximise revenue by suggesting selective enhancements to their homes, in order to attract quality guests and justify premium rental rates.

Our typical guests are affluent individuals, families and couples who are over 35 years of age, looking for an exclusive luxury vacation. We particularly target those visitors to Whistler aiming to stay for seven nights or longer, mostly arriving from Europe, Asia, Australia or East Coast USA.

As your property manager we provide the following services:

- Personal meet and greet of all guests
- Welcome package with resort information and village maps
- Concierge Service
- Ski pass delivery
- Ski school reservations

We control the booking process from start to finish in order to generate the highest rates for our owners through yield management, by diligently noting periods of high demand to extract maximum rental, while not losing sight of those periods of low demand that add significantly to your overall revenue.
